 acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below.

Payment
Just Scrapbooking accepts payment via most major credit cards. We also accept cheques with your order. Please contact Just scrapbooking via our Contact link if you would prefer to pay by cheque or give your credit card details over the phone.

Credit Card Security
Just Scrapbooking is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Returns
We hope you will always be happy with Just Scrapbooking merchandise. If you are unhappy with anything you have received we can offer you a full refund or credit note on receipt of the goods. To request a refund please email linda@justscrapbooking.co.uk with details of the product and, if possible, the reason for your return request. Items must be returned to Just scrapbooking within 10 working days of receipt of the goods. The item must be unused and in perfect condition for resale, including any packaging. Please note that you may wish to use a recorded delivery service or insure the package, as we will be unable to offer refunds on any goods returned to Just Scrapbooking in a damaged state or goods that may go missing in the post. Packages leave Just scrapbooking in perfect condition, should damage be caused to goods whilst in transit we recommend taking a photograph of any damage and retaining packaging to assist any claim for compensation from the carrier. Just Scrapbooking cannot be liable for goods lost in transit.

Privacy Policy
Just Scrapbooking has the utmost respect for our customers and therefore assure you that we will at NO time: sell, release or trade any personal information related to any of our customers to any agency, person or vendor without their written approval and consent.  We do provide links for the purpose of cross advertising however, and in using these hyperlinks, the customer understands that any information gathered by another vendor after leaving the Just Scrapbooking website is not the responsibility of Just Scrapbooking but that of the individual customer.

Images and colours on the website are represented as closely as possible to the original product; however, there may be some alteration in colour or tone due to the process of reproduction.
